INFJ

INFJ stands for Introversion, Intuition, Feeling, Judging and the rarest of the 16 Myers Briggs personality types. INFJs account for only 1.5% of the population. These individuals tend to be driven by values and incredibly conscientious. INFJs attempt to find some kind of meaning in everything they do with the goal of better understanding others and themselves. Their primary goal is to improve the lives of others using their advanced intuitive skills. INFJs are considered introverts and can be incredibly private people. They prefer fewer, more intimate relationships and spending time with one other person rather than a large group of people. INFJs have an incredibly rich internal life and rarely let others into this world. They tend to be on the sensitive side, but have a deep personality and the capacity to fill the leadership role.

ENTJ

ENTJ stands for Extraversion, Intuition, Thinking, Judgment and one of the rarest personality types, accounting for 1.8% of the population. These individuals are self-driven and incredibly motivated. They exude confidence, can be competitive at times and assertive as well. They look at the bigger picture and then take the time to develop a long-term strategy based on that picture. ENTJs know what they want and how to motivate others to reach their goals as well. These individuals tend to fill leadership roles simply because they instinctively know how to motivate and direct people.

INTJ

INTJs (Introversion, Intuition, Thinking and Judgment) account for 2.1 percent of the population. These individuals are only concerned with results and can be ruthless in their pursuits. They have incredibly independent minds and care little about social norms or conventions. They tend to be analytical and like to work alone. This doesn’t mean that they aren’t comfortable filling the role of a leader, however. INTJs can be logical and creative at the same time, but care little for emotionalism. These individuals are gifted in their ability to create complex theories and analyze situations.

ENFJ

ENFJ stands for Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling and Judgment. ENFJs are also rare with only 2.5% of the population fitting into this category. They are most concerned with external living. They deal with things based on their feelings and how their actions fit into their own personal values. These individuals are people-persons and have incredible communication skills. They enjoy giving support and love to others. They also make for excellent leaders and are gifted in their ability to encourage others to follow their dreams. ENFJs make things happen and they get great satisfaction out of helping others.
