She shows us that working as a team can be just as beneficial as working independently. Along with her husband, she helped to build Microsoft into a tech empire. Her perspective is to be grateful for the ideas and skills that others have which point you in the direction you need to go.

She believes that risk can be a good thing. Her perspective is that when you understand what causes risk, it becomes easier to find success. If you focus on a person’s positive aspects, it becomes much easier to find love for them.

She believes that thankfulness is the key to earning more. Her perspective is that if you stay focused on what you do not have, then you will never find satisfaction.
