3) Skipping Breaks
You might think that getting in the habit of skipping your break is good for your productivity, but this is not the case. You will actually get less accomplished because you will become exhausted a lot faster if you are skipping out on small breaks. You do need time that is set aside throughout your work day when your sole focus is not on your work. This means that it is fine to take a lunch break or take time to read an article in the middle of you day. Just be sure that you always get back on task. Small breaks will actually help you to be more productive during the day.
