One of the most important tasks of the project manager is planning. He should be able to engage in effective planning to achieve results in a timely fashion within the budget.

6. Creative
A creative project manager is a product of natural talent and insight. He must be able to think outside the conventional patterns.

7. Resourceful
Being resourceful implies being creative. It is the exhibition of that never give up spirit that makes him overcome obstacles and issues related to resource allocation.
